Former Wolves star has faith in club's dressing room leaders

The midfielder, who left in 2023 for a club record sale of £47million to Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal, returned to Molineux for the first time since his departure to watch his former side beat Southampton.

Neves left the club as captain and after it passed to Max Kilman, Lemina was named skipper in the summer, and his former team-mate felt it was the right choice as he also praised Wolves' leadership group.

"I see him as a captain of course, he's a big character," Neves said of Lemina in an exclusive interview with the Express & Star.

"He helped us a lot when he came in January that season.
