The 10-year-old shot-stopper from Dudley has played for West Bromwich United in the Walsall League for over a year.

He's spent time with the West Bromwich Albion and Kidderminster Harriers academies, as well as Forest.

Committed to achieving his dream of playing professionally in the future, Brandon trains six days-a-week and regularly posts videos of himself doing drills on his Facebook page.

Proud father Martin tells of how Brandon is 'very excited' and cannot wait to 'show everyone what he can do.'

Martin said: "The comments off people have been fantastic, he has done a lot better than anybody anticipated.

"Six days out of seven every week he will train, he loves it and always gives it 110 per cent. I'm ever so proud of him.

"I know he is my son, but he is so committed. All of the family is over the moon for him and really proud."

Brandon, who turns 11 in January, is only in his second year of playing football, and won three awards at West Bromwich United last season.

He took the Most Improved, Most Man of the Matches and Coaches Player of the Season accolades.

Martin praised the coaches at the club for how they have helped Brandon develop so much and thinks he will continue to improve with Forest.

He said: "His manager, Kelly Hollywood, has been outstanding with her support for him and helping him come along.

"With Forest, the Junior Premier League is obviously a completely different level to grassroots so it will be a big test for him.

"He seems to be stronger and better as he goes on and he is learning all the time so I think he should do well. I think he deserves it for all of the effort he puts into it."
