The regeneration specialists and expert in brownfield development have put pen to paper on terms that will last for the 2016-17 season.

The Warwickshire-based company, who have many sites across Walsall, also have the option of an extension to the clause-based contract.

As part of the deal, St Francis Group will be giving away 400 tickets to local community organisations that work to engage local people in sport.

Susie Gill, senior programme development and commissioning manager of Walsall Public Health, said: "This is a great opportunity for us.

"We plan to use these tickets as incentives for people increasing their physical activity levels within our programmes."

Rob Braid, operations director at St Francis Group, added: "I am delighted we have joined up with the football club.

"As a company active within Walsall, and more generally within the Black Country, it's great that we are able to support such a worthwhile local initiative.

"As a brownfield regeneration specialist, our development schemes depend on the local communities and working with them to provide places and opportunities to work, rest and play.”
