In a match played in wet and windy conditions, they found it hard to create chances.

The Yeltz were without Reece Hales and Keyon Reffell, who went back to parent club Kidderminster in the week, and struggled to make headway in the first half.

Michael Hollingsworth gave Grantham the lead when he pounced on 29 minutes after Danny Meadow's free-kick had been spilled by Halesowen goalkeeper Shaun Rowley.

Halesowen had some good chances in the second half but failed to capitalise and Stefan Bilyk punished them with the second goal right on the final whistle to make it a miserable trip home. The result leaves the Yeltz eighth, two points outside the top five.

Yeltz: Rowley, Summerford, Lewis. Denny (c), Morrison, Guyes, Charlton, Bragoli, Daniels, Melvin, Griffiths. Subs: Westwood, Watson, Connolly, Hull, Waite.
