Albion
Hull City are preparing a £6.5m bid for West Brom forward Shane Long. Hull failed to sign the Republic of International striker at the end of the summer transfer window and are expected to return for the player in Janaury.
West Brom are targeted Sporting Lisbon central midfielder Adrien Silva as a possible summer transfer target. The 24-year-old has 18 months left on his current deal and Albion could land the player on a £4m deal.
Villa
It is reported that Arsenal have stepped up their interest in Auxerre striker Paul-Georges Ntep, in a bid to put off fellow Premier League sides Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa. The 21-year-old has been valued at £8.5m as French club Auxerre are looking to make one big sale to balance their books.
