Wolves left-back Stephen Ward could be ditched as a target for Mick McCarthy's Ipswich if the Championship club manage to keep hold of Aaron Cresswell this summer.

WEST BROM

West Brom are considering making a £2million offer to Sunderland to bring former Aston Villa and Birmingham City midfielder Craig Gardner, 26, back to the West Midlands.

ASTON VILLA

Aston Villa are set to ship out misfit defender Alan Hutton, 28, for a second loan spell at Real Mallorca, which could last for the season, despite the Spanish side's relegation from the top-flight.

BIRMINGHAM

Birmingham City's 15-year-old schoolboy midfielder Foday Nabay will be considered a coup if he completes his move to Fulham - Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool were also linked.

WALSALL

Walsall are running the rule over former Holland under-19 international midfielder Shabir Isoufi and Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Seb Usai is another new trialist.
