Three horses galloped on the all-weather surface as temperatures plunged after dark last night.

Racing at Dunstall had been suspended for 10 days after the track became dangerous in frosty conditions.

Extra wax and rubber material was applied to solve the problem.

Today's twilight meeting was given the go-ahead and Dunstall also received the green light to stage a bumper 14-race card tomorrow afternoon and evening.
