Wolverhampton ABC at the Connaught

Wolverhampton Amateur Boxing Club will give a run out to their 'perfect 10' on their home show at the city's Connaught Hotel on Saturday night.

Wolves ABC, situated on Willenhall Road, will move across the city so their fighters can compete at the Connaught, located on Tettenhall Road.

The club celebrates its 75th birthday this month and is still going strong in its regard as the city's oldest amateur institution traditional in ring circles.

A total of 10 bouts - all fully sanctioned by the ABA - will take place on the night and guests in attendance will also be seated for a three-course meal.
