Rangers boss wants to keep up form

Stafford Rangers boss Greg Clowes today challenged his side to keep up their momentum in Feburary after a breakthrough month for the club.
After losing their first match of 2012 to Hednesford, Rangers won three and drew one of their next four games.
It landed Clowes the Manager of the Month award for January and lifted the team into the top 10 of the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League.
But the Rangers boss has warned that will count for nothing if his players don't stay in form, starting at league leaders Chester on Saturday.
That precedes a home game with Ashton and a trip to Mickleover Sports, both struggling opponents, before the visit of play-off chasing Northwich.
And Clowes wants to be reflecting on another good month for Rangers when they kick-off March.
He said: "I know that, if we carrying on to the levels we have produced, we will go in a confident enough mood to turn Chester over.
"After that, we have got Ashton and Mickleover, who are below us and then, of course, we finish the month against Northwich.
"We would be foolish to think that the two middle games will be easy, because they won't be.
"At this stage, every team has their own agenda and all of them still have something to play for."
Clowes' January gong is an accolade at the highest level he has been in charge, after joining from Newcastle Town last summer.
But the manager insists nothing personal to him, as he believes they all should share the glory at Marston Road.
He said: "It was a decent January but it should be a Team of the Month, rather than a Manager of the Month award, because it's a team effort.
"It's not just about the manager, it's the team that puts those performances in, it's a boost for the whole club."
