The Three Lions will face their Aussie counterparts at Castlecroft, Wolves' former training ground, on Sunday with the game kicking off at 10.30am.
England coach Andy Williams, who is also the assistant manager for Liverpool's ladies team, has named an 18-man squad for the match.
The West Midlands is represented by Staffordshire's Oliver Davies, who attends Alleynes High School in Stone.
The last time the two sides played this fixture on English soil, Manchester United star and full international Chris Smalling was in the home team.
Southampton defender Aaron Martin was alongside him, while previous Aussie visitors include former Wolves winger Steve Corica.
AFC Wulfrunians chairman Ian Round has spoken of his pride that the club, who moved into the ground in 2009, are staging the fixture.
He said: "It's a great honour, we have the opportunity to showcase some of the country's brightest young talents.
"It only adds to the honour of being chosen to stage an England game."
Admission to the game on Sunday is £3 for adults and £2 for under-16s.
