A stunning Stourbridge performance earned a first-round FA Cup replay as they drew 3-3 in a thriller at Home Park.

But the Glassboys were within two minutes of an historic win with Onismor Bhasera sparing Plymouth's blushes with a last-gasp equaliser.

Gary Hackett's non-league side had battled back from Warren Feeney's fourth-minute opener to lead 2-1 through Aaron Drake and a superb chip from man-of-the-match Ryan Rowe.

And, after Plymouth player-manager Carl Fletcher had fired his team level, the Glassboys restored their lead on 82 minutes through a Sean Geddes penalty, only for Bhasera to break their hearts.

Plymouth were on top in the opening exchanges and went ahead with just four minutes on the clock.

Former Kidderminster Harriers defender Paul Bignot tricked his way past Sam Rock and Paul Lloyd on the Stourbridge left and crossed for Feeney, who rose highest to head home from the edge of the six-yard box.

The Glassboys struggled to stem the tide of Pilgrims pressure in the opening 20 minutes, but they defended their goal well and grew into the game in the closing stages of the first-half.

They could have been level when Leon Broadhurst arrived unmarked at the far post to meet a cross from Rowe but headed wide.

They went close again when a glancing header from Nathan Bennett from a Geddes free-kick drifted just off target.

The equaliser came seven minutes before the interval when Rowe had a shot well-saved by goalkeeper Romain Larrieu and Rock kept the ball alive, crossing to the far post for Broadhurst.

Broadhurst headed back across the face of goal and Drake forced the ball home from close range.

The Glassboys could have led at the break but Broadhurst again headed just wide from another Rowe cross.

Stourbridge went close early in the second-half when Curtis Nelson failed to cut out Rowe's through-ball, but Rock could not direct his shot on target.

They led, however, on 53 minutes courtesy of Rowe's moment of magic.

Rowe latched onto Drake's through-ball and powered away from two defenders, before defeating Larrieu with a sublime chip from the edge of the box.

Rowe also drew a smart save from Larrieu after a fabulous turn in the box.

But the Glassboys goal sparked the home side into life and they cranked up the pressure on a tiring Glassboys side.

Goalkeeper Lewis Solly made a smart save from Robbie Williams in a frantic goalmouth scramble and Matt Lecointe missed from six yards, after Solly had parried a shot from Simon Walton.

But Solly could do nothing on 70 minutes, as Fletcher unleashed a 25 yard shot that took a huge deflection and looped over his head to draw the Pilgrims level.

Stourbridge looked dead on their feet and yet the summoned up some fresh energy for the closing stages and looked to have won/

Rowe was pulled down by Williams on the edge of the six-yard box and Geddes rifled the resulting penalty into the top corner.

Williams was sent off for the foul, leaving the Glassboys within touching distance of a second-round place.

But Bhasera broke their hearts with two minutes to go, driving into the box from the left flank to drill a low shot through Solly's legs and into the bottom corner.
