The Evo-Stik League Southern side go to Home Park on November 12 after being paired with the League Two Pilgrims in the first round, following Saturday's 5-0 rout of Rushall Olympic in the final qualifying round.
Hackett said: "It's going to be the biggest game in the club's history. There should be a minimum of 6,000 there, so it should be a nice pay-day."
Walsall will travel to Exeter – who beat the Saddlers 2-1 in League One last week – as they look to end their wretched recent cup record.
Kidderminster Harriers face a replay at Corby on Wednesday after a goalless draw on Saturday, with the winner travelling to Bristol Rovers.
