Lee Glover ruled out of main event

Tipton's Lee Glover is out of the main event at Walsall Town Hall after picking up a cut eye in training.

Glover had been due to defend his International Masters featherweight title against two-weight Welsh national champion Dai Davies over 10 rounds on Saturday night.

But 'the Tipton Slasher' needed three stitches to his left eye after sparring with Zak the Ripper - real name Saquib Amir.

Coseley's Jamie Ball, the Midlands light middleweight champion, will now top the bill in an international six-rounder against Lithuanian Arvydas Trizno, while further fighters are set to be brought in for the show.
