Grant Cunningham faces new test

Stafford's Grant Cunningham will face an unknown quantity on Saturday night after his opponent was changed for the boxing bill at Walsall Town Hall.

Cunningham was due to face Londoner Louis Byrne in a four-round middleweight contest but will instead be in with debutant Dan Phelps, from the Contender Gym in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

His stable-mates, Aaron Fox and Dan Carr, have also been added to the card, both facing fighters from Shaun Cooper's camp who are making their professional bow.

Stourbridge's Steven Pearce is in with Carr at light welterweight, while Brierley Hill's Kyle Spencer will box Fox at welter.
