Consistency key to the Bears success

Warwickshire director of cricket Ashley Giles claims consistency is the key to the Bears adding four-day success to their one-day glory.
The Bears returned to training yesterday, in a chilly Cannon Hill Park ahead of the 2011 season, with Giles eyeing improvement in the County Championship after this summer's Pro40 triumph.
He said: "We have had momentum over three years, although we had a very rough patch for a time last year.
"We finished pretty well, finishing halfway down Division One of the County Championship and winning a one-day trophy.
"We won the second highest number of games of all the teams across the country in all forms of cricket so that has to be positive.
"It's about consistency now and we will keep working hard for consistency to make sure we can sustain our form for a period of time."
The former England spinner will work alongside a new captain next summer after the long-serving Jim Troughton was announced as Ian Westwood's successor.
And Giles has welcomed the appointment.
He said: "Jim is one of our mature cricketers now and he is Warwickshire through and through.
"He has captained the side in the T20s, where he showed he has the tactical knowledge, and his game was actually raised while he did it, which is always a good sign.
"He is a good man and he will have the confidence and the backing of all the guys."
