Kidderminster Harriers forward Lee Morris believes on-loan strike partner Marc Williams will return to Aggborough from Wrexham.

Williams is back at his parent club at the end of three months at the club, with no further extension possible under Football Association rules.

And their former loan star will come across his former team-mates on December 11, after Harriers were drawn at Wrexham in the first tie out of the hat for the fourth qualifying round of the FA Trophy this morning.

But the 22-year-old's contract with the Dragons is set to expire at the end of the year and, having not played under manager Dean Saunders this season, the chances of a new deal appear remote.

Harriers boss Steve Burr is known to be keen bringing in the former Wales under-21 international permanently, after Williams signed off with the second goal in Saturday's 2-1 win over Eastbourne.

With that in mind, Morris believes he will see Williams again.

He said: "It's a shame to see him leaving for now, but I think we might see him again down here in January!"

Morris' opener in Saturday's game was his first goal in front of the home fans at Aggborough and the second in total since signing from Hereford last summer.

The 11 games it took the 30-year-old to register his first for the club was the longest drought of his career, although the team were still getting results on the pitch.

He said: "It's nice to be off the mark at home, definitely, you feel you're contributing a bit more as a forward if you are scoring!"
