Marc Williams set to leave Harriers
Kidderminster Harriers defender Mike Williams is hoping his brother Marc will rejoin him at Aggborough next year with his loan spell from Wrexham near to an end.
Kidderminster Harriers defender Mike Williams is hoping his brother Marc will rejoin him at Aggborough next year with his loan spell from Wrexham nearly over.
Striker Marc must return to the Racecourse Ground after Saturday's Blue Square Premier home game against Eastbourne, after spending the maximum of three months at the club.
The brothers were team-mates at Wrexham last season, again during this campaign at Harriers and older sibling Mike reckons they could be again in the future.
But, for now, the younger Williams must return to Wales but his contract with the Dragons is up at the end of year, although manager Dean Saunders hasn't completely ruled out a first-team return.
The 22-year-old will leave Aggborough firmly in manager Steve Burr's thoughts after starting the last four games, with the Harriers boss set to monitor his situation as 2010 draws to a close.
And the door will always be open back in Kidderminster at his older brother's house, with Mike admitting he would be pleased to see him back.
He said: "I want him to come back to Kidderminster, because he pays half of the bills in the house when he is here!
"But, to be serious, I can't really comment that much, not just because I don't know anything but I don't think he knows at this stage either.
"It's not the case that Marc wants to go back, his three-month limit has come to an end, so he will to have to run out his contract at Wrexham and see if he is offered anything.
"If he isn't, then he can start looking elsewhere and, when that time comes, he will have a lot to think about and a decision to make.
"I know Steve Burr would like to hear from him, possibly for the rest of the season, so maybe there will be an opportunity for him to come back next year."
