Rangers goalscorer calls for patience

Stafford Rangers striker Ben Mills has called for supporters to "stick with us" as the search for their first win under manager Tim Flowers goes on.
Flowers has now lost two and drawn one of his three games in charge after Saturday's 3-1 home defeat to Hinckley and the team are winless in seven.
But Mills - who got Rangers' goal on Saturday - believes their luck will turn if they continue to make strides under their new boss, who replaced Chris Brindley last month.
The likes of suspended duo Ben Mills and Jermaine Johnson have still to return while the team were boosted by the return of Nick Wellecomme on Saturday, who lasted for 71 minutes of the game before being replaced by top scorer Chris Sterling.
New right wing-back Martyn Naylor - older brother of former Wolves star Lee - also made his debut on Saturday after signing from local rivals AFC Telford, while decisions are likely to be made on loan defenders Sebastian Harris and Rod McDonald by the end of the month.
And Mills - who is enjoying a sustained run of first-team football after returning to the club from Alfreton in the summer - is calling for patience.
The 21-year-old said: "Hopefully the supporters will stick with us, they are going to be frustrated but Rome wasn't built in a day and it will take time for things to change.
"We are still bedding in under the new manager but it will only get better, they are doing a great job and there is a very professional approach towards training and match days, which will only stand us in good stead.
"We created a lot of chances on Saturday but we have got to be more ruthless in front of goal.
"However, we feel more organised and we have more of an idea what our shape is, particularly when we haven't got the ball."
