Kidderminster Harriers super-sub Marc Williams has urged his team-mates to make it a clean sweep for the week after downing AFC Wimbledon.

Harriers put in their best home display of the season to beat the Dons 2-0 yesterday, with Chris McPhee and Williams from the bench getting the goals.

Now it's full steam ahead to Bath City tomorrow night for their second Blue Square Premier game in succession, before the week is rounded off with a tough trip to big-spending Crawley on Saturday.

And Williams wants the team to go into the weekend with six points already in the bag for the week.

He said: "There's no point winning this game and losing at Bath, so we will have to get focused and hopefully we can pick up another three points."

It was a day to remember for Williams, who has been in and out of the team since joining on loan from league rivals Wrexham in August, after scoring his first goal since his debut for the club.

The Wales under-21 striker had only been on the field for six minutes after replacing Lee Morris, with a close range finish that took a touch off goalkeeper Seb Brown before going in.

But Williams insisted no-one will be taking that goal off him.

He said: "I was disappointed not to start the game but, coming off the bench, you just have to be ready to make an impact.

"A few of the lads are laughing about whether or not it's an own goal, but I'm claiming that all day!

"I think he's just helped it in but it was on target and luckily there's no goals panel in this league, so I'll take that!"
