Kidderminster Harriers defender Ollie Thorne has called for another shut-out at Fleetwood tomorrow night after frustrating Cambridge on Saturday.

Harriers and Cambridge played out a goalless draw at Aggborough that extended the home side's unbeaten run to four games.

Now the team head to play promoted opposition tomorrow night with an element of revenge to their cause, after Fleetwood dumped them out of the FA Cup last season when they were still a Blue Square North club.

Only Chris McPhee, John Finnigan and Tom Sharpe remain at the club from that day, and that includes management with boss Steve Burr taking over in January.

Burr's summer revamp now appears to be gathering as the players start to bed, with Thorne himself yet to taste defeat as a Harriers player since making his debut at Altrincham three games ago.

The signing from Newport County has managed to keep his place with the sort of no-nonsense defending required at Blue Square Premier level, with veteran defender Mark Albrighton forced onto the bench since returning from suspension after a red card against Tamworth.

And Thorne believes more grit will be needed to take a result from the Highbury Stadium tomorrow night.

He said: "These games are where the league table is decided - if you go away and get turned over then you will just end up making up the numbers.

"But we want to push on and move up with the rest of them, so we will go to Fleetwood and roll our sleeves up for the hard graft.

"Teams show no fear when they come here to play us so it shouldn't be any different for us, wherever we go."
