Kidderminster Harriers have added another money-spinning friendly to their pre-season for 2010/11 after confirming Nottingham Forest are to visit Aggborough.

The Reds will be in town on Saturday July 24 and could well be a Premier League club by then, provided they come through the lottery of the Championship play-offs.

If that is the case, they will be the second top flight opposition coming to Aggborough to tune up for next season, with Albion also confirmed this week as friendly opponents for Saturday July 10.

Harriers took on a young Baggies side last summer to get ready for 2009/10, with Wolves the sole Premier League visitors for the Blue Square Premier club over that pre-season schedule.

It's all change for Harriers this time with a rare meeting against Forest, and Albion may also present a sterner test than before after promising to send a strong squad for the game.

Aggborough boss Steve Burr will also be taking charge of his first pre-season and is looking forward to seeing what will likely be a new-look team pushed to the limits.

He said: "West Brom have just been promoted to the Premier League and for them to agree to bring the first team squad is great.

"It is a very early one for us - we will have been back a week and will go straight into a game, but a fixture like this will be a great starter for us."
