Kidderminster Harriers will take on new favourites Stevenage in the FA Trophy semi-final as the club stand within two games from Wembley in the competition.

Saturday's 2-1 win at Oxford on Saturday, courtesy of sub Robbie Matthews' late winner, saw Harriers go into the hat for today's last four draw at FA headquarters.

The Aggborough club will be at home in the first leg on March 13, followed by a trip to the Lamex Stadium for the deciding second-leg on March 20.

But Burr was still purring about his side's exploits on Saturday, after putting the Blue Square Premier league leaders to the sword to book their place in the next round.

He said: "It was a great result, Oxford were the favourites to win the competition and I thought we did tremendously down there. The lads worked ever so hard and all made a a big contribution to us taking a result."

The tie between home side Barrow and York fell foul of the weather on Saturday and it had a knock-on effect, as Harriers now cannot play their planned league match at Holker Street tomorrow as the Cumbrians must stage their cup match.

But it does leave Burr's men with a free week to prepare for Saturday's Blue Square Premier visit of Histon and, with midfielder Dean Bennett nursing a calf injury, could be timely.

The manager added: "We would rather have played, but at least it gives up a free week to let our players recover from the niggles that they have."
