Harriers ready to unleash Goodfellow

Kidderminster Harriers manager Steve Burr is ready to unleash new signing Marc Goodfellow on Oxford United at the Kassam Stadium on Saturday.
The loan signing from Burton Albion, who will spend the rest of the season at Aggborough, stands by for his debut after being cup-tied for Monday's 1-0 FA Trophy win at local rivals Worcester City.
Harriers beat off competition from league rivals Barrow, where the winger had spent time on loan last November, and Gateshead to snare his signature and seal Burr's first capture since taking charge two weeks ago today.
The manager has coveted the player for a while and tried to sign him for his former club Stalybridge Celtic, rating the former Stoke City player's chances of a start at the second-placed U's on Saturday as "good."
Burr said: "I brought him here to play him so that could be well the case. He's a Football League player but he has had a lot of experience in this division with Burton and Barrow, so hopefully that will show in his time with us.
"Marc will give us a bit of width which we need, because we don't really have any out-and-out wide men."
Burr also welcomed another winger back into the fold this week as David McDermott re-started light training, after two spells in hospital with ulcers in his stomach and colon.
But the 21-year-old has not played in two months since first falling ill, and was eased back in with a gym session on Tuesday.
The Harriers boss is treating McDermott with kid gloves.
He said: "David is spending a lot of time with the physio at the minute and we are taking it one step at a time with him. The lad is chomping at the bit to get back involved, but he has been out for a while so it will take time for him to get back to where he was.
"There is no time frame on it, it will take as long as it takes."
