The hosts, who are now unbeaten in five games, forged ahead midway through the first period thanks to the persistence of Justin Nisbett.

A ball directed towards Spalding keeper Richard Roberts was chased down by Nisbett with Roberts' attempted clearance slamming against the Pics attacker, who proceeded to pick up the rebound and coolly roll home his side's opener into an empty net.

Despite a bright opening Olympic found themselves pegged back by their guests, but recovered to double their advantage in first-half stoppage time.

An excellent move saw Nisbett pick out Mark Loweon the left, who promptly cut inside his marker and curled a delightful 22-yard shot inside the right-hand post.

Rushall effectively wrapped up all three points just before the hour when David D'Oliveira was harshly adjudged to have clipped Ramone Stephens.

Anthony Maguire made no mistake from the spot and clinically rifled home, sending the Spalding stopper the wrong way in the process.
