Henry top drawer for Wolves boss
Wolves boss Mick McCarthy believes captain Karl Henry is a "top drawer" midfielder.
Henry was Man of the Match in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Villa after winning the midfield battleground.
The manager said: "Karl is top drawer. He is really excellent and one of those who is sometimes underestimated and undervalued outside the inner sanctum.
"He does what it says on the tin and there's nothing wrong with that, he's great.
"Karl may be an unsung hero outside the place, but certainly not by us and within the dressing room.
"He's been captaining the team and he's penned in every week as far as I'm concerned and that's all he needs to be worried about, not what anyone else thinks."
Henry himself believes he has the quality to impress in the Premier League.
He said: "I'm pleased with how things have gone so far and have really enjoyed it. It's a big step-up for a lot of us who haven't played in this league before.
"But I've got confidence in my ability."
