Penn relegated from Division Two
Penn were relegated from Division Two after a seven-wicket defeat to Tamworth.
Richard Bradford's side closed on 240-7 thanks to Sandeep Dhillon's 63 and Richard Hewitt's 43 not out.
But Tamworth made light of Penn's innings, eclipsing their total inside 50 overs to condemn the Mount Road side to the drop.
Penn, who went down with Sutton Coldfield, finished five points adrift of St Georges, who beat Water Orton by eight wickets.
Premier Division runners-up Wolverhampton lost by four wickets to Moseley.
Fifth-placed Himley enjoyed a seven-wicket victory against Barnt Green. Stuart Wedge's took 5-38 as Barnt Green made 146. Chris Tranter and Dan Bassett then mae half-centuries as Himley eased home.
Smethwick clinched promotion to the Premier Division and the Division One title after a winning draw against Stratford-on-Avon. Aqsad Ali hit 96 as Smethwick hit 217-9, but despite Aniket Redkar's 3-34, the Warwickshire side hung on at 159-8.
