Boss hails reserve after Poole win
Wolves team boss Peter Adams hailed reserve Ty Proctor's vital contribution after the win over Poole.
The manager rates the Aussie's contribution in the 16-point victory as his best contribution of the season so far.
He said: "He's had a bit of a shaky spell. I think that some of the tracks in the Premier League he's riding all the time are not up to this kind of standard.
"I think that's weighing a bit on his mind, but I thought that was his best meeting of the season. Not only did he get the points, he got them in a controlled manner, which hasn't always been his forte.
"He looked good. We need another one like him now!"
Proctor's partner last night, Hynek Stichauer, has still to see the chequered flag in 15 matches but is looking less likely to be replaced.
Adams said: "We're always looking. We're looking for the next Peter Karlsson – we never stop looking."
But he reckons that the prospects of an immediate change, to take advantage before the Czech's assessed four-point average falls to three, were "slim at this point."
