He has come under fire from the fans after a week that has seen eight first-team players prospectively released, while skipper Mark Creighton was sold to Oxford on Tuesday.

Norgrove will answer his critics in an exclusive interview with the Express & Star tomorrow but that is not all - he has urged the Aggborough faithful to put their questions to him in an online forum on the club's official website.

The chairman insists he will duck no reasonable topic or question, with the answers to be published on harriers.co.uk next week.

With even outgoing captain Creighton calling him an "honourable guy" in his farewell address, expect the answers to be frank.

Norgrove said: "It's been a difficult week for everyone at the football club and I know the supporters are disappointed at some of the events that have taken place, but we want them to understand that every decision we have made has been for the benefit of the club.

"There will be countless clubs at many levels in very serious trouble over the next six months or so and we've had to make sure aren't one of them.

"I welcome questions from our supporters and I'll do my best to answer all of them, as openly and honestly as possible."

Harriers fans can put forward these questions to the chairman by e-mailing matt.wall@harriers.co.uk.

The club are also planning to hold a Fans Forum evening later on in the summer.
