Dorrans out for final two games

Albion have been dealt a blow after Graham Dorrans was ruled out of their last two games of the season with a broken metatarsal.

Scans last week suggested there was no break, but the 22-year-old has continued to suffer discomfort with the injury and the fresh diagnosis has ended his season.

The midfielder sustained the injury in the 3-0 win against Sunderland on April 25.

He missed the 1-0 defeat at Tottenham but returned for the 3-1 home win against Wigan, only to limp off in the second half due to a recurrence.

Dorrans' absence means he misses the matches against Liverpool on Sunday and the final game of the season, a trip to Blackburn on Sunday May 24.

The Glaswegian took his time to establish himself in the Baggies' midfield after his £100,000 move from Livingston.

But he has won his place on merit and impressed recently, making eight Premier League appearances.
