Yates urge to slay misfiring Dragons
Kidderminster manager Mark Yates has urged his side to take advantage of Wrexham's plight at the Racecourse Ground.
Both teams take to the field just 48 hours after playing Blue Square Premier fixtures, the fixture moved back because of Wales under-21 call-up's for striker Jon Brown, full-back Neil Taylor and goalkeeper Chris Maxwell.
Manager Dean Saunders is also the full national team assistant boss.
But while Harriers are sweeping all before them, a 3-0 win against Woking at Aggborough the fourth win in five games and the fifth clean sheet in succession, the Dragons have endured a torrid run of form.
A 2-0 defeat at home to Crawley was their 10th game without a win and their second defeat on the bounce.
Now Yates wants his side to take advantage of the misfiring Dragons.
He said: "We have just got to continue doing what we are doing. We are working our socks off at the moment, we are playing well with a lot of confidence and that has got to happen again tonight.
"There's no sense in taking our foot off the gas now, we have got to be ruthless. We are on form, Wrexham are not, so we have got to get at them straight from the first whistle.
"They must be feeling a bit low at the moment, we need to capitalise on that."
