Set the tempo urges Harriers boss

Kidderminster manager Mark Yates has urged his side to set the tempo when Woking come to Aggborough tomorrow (3pm).
Harriers take to the field having won three of their last four games, without a goal conceded, banishing the blip of four defeats out of five Blue Square Premier matches that began 2009.
The struggling Cards are fighting for their lives one point and one place above the relegation spots, although they proved they can frustrate the top teams, having taken a point from eighth-placed Wrexham last Saturday and league leaders Burton 13 days ago.
Yates is surprised at the plight of the visitors ahead of the match, but insists that will be none of his concern come kick-off.
He said: "If we can set the tempo, enforce ourselves on the game and start brightly, then we will have them on the back foot. They need the points, they are down struggling and will come here to frustrate us, so it's down to us.
"I am a bit surprised to see Woking where they are, to be honest, because they are a good side. But it's about us and picking up points, to keep the pressure on the teams above us.
"We seem to have our confidence back now, and I always knew my players had the ability. They are working hard, believing in each other again and realising what it takes to be successful."
