Bartlett warning for Barrow trip
Kidderminster goalkeeper Adam Bartlett has urged his team to "earn the right to play football" when they make a rare visit to Barrow tomorrow (3pm).
Harriers play a league match at Holker Street for the first time in over a decade, but they have already been stung by the Bluebirds in the corresponding fixture earlier this season.
Barrow won 1-0 at Aggborough in October, which remained the promotion chasers only Blue Square Premier defeat on home turf - until Weymouth ran out 2-0 winners last Saturday.
Bartlett played at Barrow last season while at Blyth Spartans in the Blue Square North and has warned his teammates they face some difficult conditions in Cumbria.
The England C goalkeeper has also told his side they are likely to face a physical test, against a team fighting against relegation in their first season back in non-league's top tier.
He said: "I played against Barrow twice last season, once at their place. It is not the best pitch to play on, always bumpy and it always seems to be really windy! But that is he task in front of us and we have to deal with that.
"Barrow are an organised, well drilled side who have the players that will stick their foot in. They will be very physical, so it is up to us to force our game upon them and make sure prove we are the better side.
"We have to earn the right to play football."
