The Scholars host Rothwell in the British Gas Division One Midlands, intent on closing the gap on runaway leaders Lemington. Chasetown are fifth in the table 19 points behind Lemington and Blakemore knows they need to stay focused.
He said: "There is no place for complacency. The lads are all champing at the bit because we have got to be focused and can't afford any slip ups.
"We slipped up against Dunstable at home when we were 3-0 down after 20 minutes and we are going to make sure it doesn't happen again."
Blakemore will be without the suspended Harry Harris and the injured Adie Smith, Dave Woodvine, Dean Perrow, Lee Evans and Craig Holland.
