Halesowen face selection crisis
Halesowen are facing a selection crisis ahead of the home clash with struggling Bashley.
The BGB League Premier Division promotion chasers could be down to as little as 14 players at the Grove.
General manager Colin Brookes said: "Last week we had around 18 players and this week we could be down to about 13 or 14. I know Morrell is trying to get a couple in, whether he does or not I'm not sure, but he will be trying."
Dean Smith parted company with the Yeltz by mutual consent this week and, with the on/off departure of Chris Nurse to Tamworth finally going through, manager Maison's squad has shrunk.
Dino Melitas left last month and Darren Caskey has been struggling with a kidney infection, meaning the Yeltz could be without their influential midfielder.
Goalkeeper Danny Ireland's loan deal expired and, although Maison is trying to extend it, it is doubtful whether he can do it before tomorrow's clash, meaning Nick Bussey could return.
Cambridge United loanee Gavin Hoyte has also returned to his parent club and is unlikely to return on loan, because he has spent the maximum time allowed out.
