Justice was done for Harriers
Kidderminster manager Mark Yates believes "justice was done" after Harriers dramatic win at Blue Square Premier heavyweights Torquay.
The home side were handed a penalty in stoppage time at Plainmoor, with Yates' side leading through Martin Riley's second goal in two games.
It was in fact a Torquay player that had touched the ball with his hand.
Not for the first time, it was goalkeeper Adam Bartlett to the rescue, palming away Tim Sills' spot kick to ensure three points went to the Aggborough men.
Some win for Harriers - Torquay had not been beaten on home turf since August in Blue Square Premier action.
Yates said: "Justice was done. It was a poor decision by the referee and it would have been a choker to have had to settle for a point in that manner.
"At Torquay we looked more like our usual selves. The previous two games were not good enough and the players know that. Now we can look forward to the FA Cup tie at Coventry on Saturday.
"I told the players that Torquay was our biggest match of the season so far, not Coventry. We have overcome that hurdle, now we can go to the Ricoh relaxed and ready to give it a good go."
