Kidderminster manager Mark Yates was in attendance at Aggborough this morning to see the FA Trophy tie with Burscough called off after a pitch inspection.
The 3pm first round match has fell victim of the heavy rain on what was already a half-frozen pitch and will now take place on Tuesday night (7:45pm).
Yates was among those at Harriers' this morning with the referee and he conceded the right decision was made.
He said: "It has been non-stop rain through the night and, when we came in this morning, the pitch was underwater. The game will be now be rearranged for Tuesday night at Aggborough.
"The referee came down this morning and called the game off about 9am after a pitch inspection. There was not even supposed to be a pitch inspection, but with the frost and the rain the pitch is in a mess.
"There is nothing we can do about it, so we may as well just get on with it. We will come in for training tomorrow instead and look ahead to Tuesday night.
"It would have been nice to have a week to prepare to go to Crawley next Saturday, but that's life."
