The Scholars host Victoria knowing to the victors will go the spoils, because the winners get to play Premier League outfit Stoke City in the second round.

Blakemore said: "We want to do well, obviously, what with the winners getting Stoke City in the next round. It's important for us to go through.

"We were disappointed to go out of the FA Trophy on Saturday but the performance was very good bar two minutes of sloppy defending that cost us."

Ben Steane and Richard Batchelor could feature this evening.

Blakemore added: "We won't underestimate Biddulph but it gives us the chance to make one or two changes to give some of the guys a bit of a break."
