Kidderminster manager Mark Yates takes his players to Leicester today for a special arranged friendly to give his fringe players some valuable match time.
The likes of Stefan Moore, Luke Jones, Dean Bennett, David McDermott, Darryl Knights and goalkeeper Dean Coleman will start for the Harriers at City's Belvoir Drive training ground.
The League One promotion chasers should prove formidable opposition, even in a friendly, although Yates will also be putting out a strong side, containing many players in first-team contention.
With his side not back in action until Dean Saunders' Wrexham are the visitors on Saturday, the manager feels it will be a good run out.
He said: "The players who are not playing need some game time in a competitive environment. We are pleased that Leicester are able to help us with this and that is why we have arranged the game.
"It is something that we like to do now and again. I want all the players in my squad to be fit and firing, so a game against League One opposition is a good way of doing that.
"The starting 11 are fully fit, but there is no real replacement for game time. It is a game we will take seriously and the chance for a few to catch my eye.
"I know their manager Nigel Pearson, as he was my tutor when I did my UEFA 'A' license. I also know their assistant manager Craig Shakespeare, from when he was with Albion.
"Leicester will put out a strong side we hope, so hopefully it will be a good run out."
