Bully in bid to solve home crisis

Stafford manager Steve Bull will have a special team meeting with his players this week in a bid to solve the home form crisis at Marston Road.
Saturday's 2-1 reverse against Fleetwood was their third successive home defeat, with their last success stretching even further back to the Setanta Shield win over Northwich on October 14.
In fact, Rangers' home form has been pretty dismal all season, with just two wins in the league and never more than a goal scored.
Bully's boys go great guns away, so the manager will now talk to his players at length to try and work out why this keeps happening.
He said: "Saturday was very disappointing and I just can't put my finger on it. Our home form is really starting to do my head in, to be fair. We shall be having a team meeting this week, to hopefully get to the bottom of it.
"I spoke to the players after the game and said to them: 'Is it the system that is the problem, playing 4-5-1, and they told me that was not the case, that they felt that formation was right for the team.
"Playing 4-5-1 away from home has actually worked wonders for us this season, so I just can't understand why it is not working at Marston Road. Maybe it is time to throw caution to the wind at home."
Bully also confirmed that he hopes to tie up the loan signing of Bristol City striker Mark Magee later this week, after delays prevented him from joining in time for the Fleetwood game.
Teenager Magee, a former Manchester City junior, is still Marston Road-bound, but the manager is not entirely convinced he will be the answer to all of his team's problems.
He added: "Mark's move has not gone through yet. To be honest, I don't know if he is the answer yet. For me, we may need someone who is a bit bigger and stronger. He are still going to take him for a month though.
"Like I have said before though, he will get his chance here. It is up to him to take it. The striker search continues and will not stop until we have found what we are looking for."
