Rangers failed to score for the third game running as they were beaten at home by Redditch on Saturday.

Although the goal drought was matched by a poor performance on this occasion, Bull said afterwards:

"We're going to be working our socks off next week to get ourselves a natural, hungry goalscorer. We've no-one up there to get the ball in the back of the net.

"The two front men didn't turn up today and three or four others didn't turn up either. It was a man's game and we had boys out there.

"They came here to bully us and they did their job well. Teams are coming here, nicking a goal and winning or shutting us out, when we should be doing that to them. We just don't have the killer instinct.

"We can't go on and on like this and if it means getting players out to get players in, then that's my job."

Rangers face a money-spinning Setanta Shield game against Southport at Marston Road tomorrow night and Bull will have three players just back from injury to wide his team selection options.

Club captain Wayne Daniel came on as a second half substitute against Redditch for his first appearance in over a month and goalkeeper Danny Alcock was on the bench. Nick Amos is also expected to be fit to play.

"I've got them knocking on the door - if anybody thinks they've got an automatic shirt, they can think again."
