No dwelling for the Yeltz

General manager Colin Brookes believes Halesowen Town will not dwell on their FA Cup defeat as they look to get their league campaign running again.

The Yeltz were dumped out of the Cup on Saturday 4-1 by Maidenhead United, despite taking the lead through Jay Denney.

Morell Maison's side have lost their previous two Southern League Premier Division games and have slipped to 10th in the table, following their cup exploits and Brookes knows they will now target the league.

Brookes said: "We want the crowd to be positive because Morell and the players are going to be. We have to forget about Saturday and get back to the league.

"We haven't lost too much ground with the other results in the league and we can go into the game looking for a win."

Midfielder Lee Canoville and striker Hilmi Michi made their debuts on Saturday to become the latest signings at the Grove.

He could feature against Brackley but Michael Bristow is a doubt after breaking his nose against Maidenhead.
