Brindley loving life at Stafford

Stafford Rangers assistant manager Chris Brindley is relishing the step up as he prepares for his first season in the Blue Square North.
Brindley has come on board as part of manager Steve Bull's new look backroom team for next season, with first-team coach Darren Reid another new addition.
The new number two knows his way around Marston Road, having played for Rangers during the 2000/01 season, before going to Stafford's rivals Hednesford, where he was manager for a time.
He spent 2007/08 as assistant manager to Paul Holleran at Rushall Olympic but, as soon as Bully came calling, he knew the chance to link with his old Wolves teammate at a higher level was too good to turn down.
Brindley feels he can offer what Bull is lacking - extensive experience at non-league level.
He said: "I have spent all but two years of my career at non-league level so I know the scene inside out. Steve needs a man like that with him, that is why I am on board.
"It was an easy decision for me to make. Steve has been my friend for 20 years and Stafford are a massive non-league club, as I know from when I played here. The club had a difficult time last year, so now we need to bounce back.
"Steve brings that professional approach to the club and I bring that non-league nohow that you need at this level. It still won't be easy but we are hoping for a good season.
"Morale is good in the camp and the lads have taken to the new training schedules very well, so we are looking good.
"I have every confidence that we will have a good season."
