Grainger's men have climbed the table into joint second place with a series of victories that continued with Saturday's 109-run success.

Yet the captain is refusing to get carried away.

He said: "We just want to go out every Saturday and enjoy a game of cricket. We are doing that at the moment.

"The atmosphere in the dressing room is fantastic and we're all enjoying ourselves and and playing some very good cricket.

"We are not going to start talking ourselves up. We'll just carry on enjoying it and seeing where it takes us."

Richard Cooper (86) and Paul McPherson (43) were the mainstays in Pelsall's 229-7.

Australian Curtis Montgomerie then claimed 6-42 as bottom side Swindon were dismissed for 120.

Grainger added: "Curtis has had knee problems but he's now getting close to full fitness.

"Hopefully in the second half of the season he can carry on his form from this week."
