The division two leaders cemented their place at the top with a rain-affected winning draw against St Georges last week.
They go into Saturday's clash against Old Elizabethans 12 points clear of second-placed Ombersley.
He said: "I was very pleased with the performance. The team are gelling well.
"If we keep doing what we are doing at the moment, we're confident of winning the division.
"If we get promotion in our centenary year, it will be the icing on the cake.
"We are very confident of winning the title this year – we had a great start last year but we petered out.
"This time, everyone is putting in a great effort and performing, whereas before it was only certain individuals."
Last week, captain Richard Bradford hit an unbeaten 116 as Penn closed on 212-3 to win this plaudit from Zaki: "It's probably the best knock I've seen from him.
"It was controlled but aggressive when required and composed when needed."
Penn return to full strength with two changes. Spinner Richard Brooker and batsman Amit Sharma replace all-rounder Harvindar Bhogel and batsman Stuart Price.
