Foster left Aggborough at the end of last season for the fourth time to become physio at Galway United, where ex-Harriers full-back Jeff Kenna is the new manager.

Boss Mark Yates and assistant Neil Howarth were highly impressed with 24-year-old Dugmore's CV.

Howarth said: "Pete's CV was outstanding in a high-quality batch of applicants.

"He has got a number of very good ideas on things like fitness and injury prevention. We are looking forward to working with him."

After securing a first in physiotherapy at Nottingham University, Dugmore earned experience with the Shropshire FA and Shrewsbury Town's Academy.
