Bully has talks over Rangers job

Steve Bull has held talks with Stafford Rangers as he moved a step closer to landing his first manager's job.
The Wolves legend has been interviewed for the Marston Road post and expects to hear in "three or four days" whether he'll follow former Molineux team-mate Phil Robinson into the hotseat at the Blue Square Premier strugglers.
"I've had contact with Stafford and we're in talks at the moment," said the 42-year-old record Wolves scorer.
"We haven't finalised anything, but hopefully in the next three or four days, everything will come out in the wash.
"It's not signed and sealed yet. If it does come off, I'll try to put Stafford on the map again."
Bull is undaunted by Stafford's prospects, despite the club being 14 points adrift from safety.
"Getting the Stafford job would give me a good kickstart and if I did go there, I wouldn't leave until they were safe," he said.
"They're not really in dire straits at the moment. It's not a club that's run-down, it just needs someone to give it discipline and a kick up in the backside.
"They've told me the plans and what they want over the next two, three or four years – a new ground somewhere maybe – and I'd like to be part of it."
And Bull is convinced he has the leading contacts to make the job a success.
"I haven't spoken to Phil Robinson since he left, but I've spoken to Graham Turner, Keith Downing, Mike Stowell and Paul Ince," he said.
"There are lots of people in management I know and if I do get the job, hopefully there will be a few players (Wolves boss) Mick McCarthy will send my way.
"I don't want to be sitting there in 10 or 15 years' time saying I wish I'd have done this or that.
"If I don't do well, I'll hold my hands up and do what I'm best at."
The former England striker has been out of football since he finished as player-coach at Hereford in 2000, but has no qualms about his lack of managerial experience.
"In managerial terms I've got no experience, but I was No 2 with Graham Turner for 12 months and he can vouch for me to say I can do the job," he said.
