Rangers sign midfielder

Stafford Rangers have signed midfielder Ishmale Reid to boost their Blue Square Premier survival battle.

The 21-year-old brother of former Rangers midfielder Levi Reid has previously been with Port Vale, Stafford Town, Cradley Town and Rocester.

Reid, plus Saturday's signings – matchwinner Courtney Shaw, 21, and 19-year-old Keenan Meakin-Richards – are in the squad for tonight's clash at Histon.

Rangers go into the game seeking to make it two successive wins after Saturday's first home league win of the season against Weymouth.
