Chasetown insist all the pressure is on Evesham tonight when they bid to close the gap on the leaders.
Chasetown insist all the pressure is on Evesham tonight when they bid to close the gap on the leaders.
The Scholars take their British Gas Business Southern League Midlands Division promotion challenge seeking to recover after two successive defeats.
Manager Charlie Blakemore said: "There are going to be lots of twists and turns but Evesham are in pole position.
"They are unbeaten in 12 games and I think they are the favourites for the title. We have to go there and upset their applecart."
Hardman midfielder Scott Clamp is available for the game despite receiving a straight red card for an ugly tackle on Willenhall's Steve Palmer on Saturday.
Blakemore believes his side aren't too far away from returning to winning ways.
"We played well with 10 men for 80-odd minutes and I was pleased with the lads' performance – I thought we deserved something from the game," he said.
"There are no panic buttons being pressed. We've lost two in something like 10-11 games – we've got almost 20 matches left and we're averaging two points a game. We've had five or six new players come in and it's about getting them to understand the system."
Chasetown are without Ben Steane (ankle) and Neil Aulton (knee).
