Stafford Rangers return to action following a two-week break when Salisbury City visit Marston Road tomorrow.
After last week's game at Halifax was postponed, they will be looking to follow up the 2-1 victory over Forest Green Rovers in the FA Carlsberg Trophy by recording their first home league victory of the current campaign.
Mid-table Salisbury City will provide a tough test for rejuvenated Stafford who need to quickly start turning recent good performances into points.
The visitors, managed by ex-Southampton midfielder Nick Holmes, held second-placed Torquay to a goalless draw last Saturday to extend their current unbeaten run to six games.
Holmes, in charge at Salisbury since 2002, is been linked to the vacant managers job at his previous club following the departure of George Burley.
With suspensions and injuries out of the way, Stafford caretaker bosses Neil Grayson and Kevin Street could have as many as 21 players to select from. Djimi Sangare and Nathan Smith have had extra time to recover from their respective ankle problems.
Grayson, himself, and Chris Flynn have both completed suspensions and Seb Arnolin, cup-tied for the FA Trophy, has been added to the squad. However, Grayson is a big doubt with a thigh injury picked up in training.
Secretary and Financial Director Mike Hughes, feels that tomorrow's clash with Salisbury and the following league game with Weymouth are crucial for 23rd-placed Stafford.
He said: "We have been satisfied with the progress made under Neil and Kevin.
"However, the next two league games are vital. We really need to pick up six points to prevent the gap between ourselves and the side fifth-from-bottom getting any wider."
Squad: Alcock, Sutton, Daniel, Richards, Sangare, Lynch, Gibson, Hopkinson, Flynn, Jarrett, Ingram, Street, Draper, Hazley, Arnolin, McNiven, Grayson, Olaoye, Adaggio, Smith, Allen
