Bennett has rejoined Harriers after agreeing a loan deal from Chester until the end of the season.

Bennett, who spent three months on loan from Chetser earlier in the season, made more than 200 appearances for Harriers between 1999 and 2004 before moving to Wrexham.

"Benno is a good player, he brings energy to our side," said boss Mark Yates.

"He's getting better and better and we're glad to have him back, we know what qualities he brings and on that score we're delighted."

The deal was completed in time for Bennett to be eligible for today's Blue Square Premier clash at York.

Meanwhile defender Jon Munday has joined Worcester on a one month loan deal.
